Cash Dividend Direct Deposit Program

Dear House of Investments Shareholders,

We are pleased to announce that starting 2024, House of Investments, Inc. (“HI” or “the Company) will be implementing an enhanced dividend payment process which aims to provide you a better, safer, and more efficient method of delivering the Company’s dividends compared to the previous practice of issuing dividend checks and delivering these via courier.

In coordination with the RCBC Stock Transfer, the Company’s dividend paying agent, Shareholders can designate their bank account or opt to open a new RCBC account for automated crediting of HI dividends through the Cash Dividend Direct Credit Program (CDDCP).

By choosing to receive cash dividends through CDDCP, Shareholders will have a better payment experience with the following benefits:

1. Safe and secure.
2. Convenience of receiving cash dividends without going to the bank to deposit for clearing or physically cashing the checks.
3. Real time crediting of dividend (for RCBC account only while for other designated bank, it is subject to credit batching of the designated bank).
4. Prompts an email advice with the details of the dividends.
5. No waiting time and risk of losing dividend checks due to courier’s failed delivery.

Enrolment in the CDDCP will start on October 1, 2023. Individual shareholders can ENROLL ONLINE through https://www.rcbc.com/CDDCP/CDDCP-Online. Corporate shareholders can DOWNLOAD THE FORM at the https://hoi.com.ph/investor-relations/cddcp-forms/ page of the HI website and submit original copies of the documentary requirements to RCBC Stock Transfer office located at the Ground Floor, Grepalife Building, 221Sen Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. Please note that enrolment to the program is subject to the verification process of RCBC Stock Transfer.
